Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic guidance to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business profitability and risk.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business initiatives and investments.
• Manage cash flow, including monitoring receivables and payables, and optimizing working capital.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and objectives.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
